A-cadcam Engineering Services has been established in order to provide engineering services in the fields of product design, prototyping, CAD/CAM and manufacturing technologies on September 1^st of 2003 in Izmir, TURKEY.

Within A-cadcam all design works are being carried out by highly dedicated and experienced engineers, who were participated in several international projects. Our company is customer oriented and we do not limit ourselves in serving our customers without giving any concession from quality and professionalism.

Mechanical design services of A-cadcam includes design of plastic parts, sheet metal parts, consumer products and design of fixtures and tooling required production of these. Items in our portfolio varies from 50-52" projection TV sets to cookie packages.

 Prototying is another primary focus area of A-cadcam. Prototypes of desired parts are being manufactured by CNC machining, PUR casting or RIM processes with varying quantities from single piece to hundreds pieces within our company. Completed prototypes are hand finished by our experienced technicians in order to give final product look. Beside appearance functionality is also another benefit of our prototypes. We pay attention to keep the balance between appearance and functionality. We can proudly say that our experience in prototyping of hydraulic plastic parts is unique. Some of our prototypes were tested with 90C° hot water under 15 bar pressure.
